Sir Arthur Cotton Museum (Barrage Museum)

Lot of Models collected from various places and projects were exhibited in the Museum to attract the visitors, and to make them understand various items connected to Irrigation works.

Kadiapulanka
Kadiapulanka, abutting the National Highway-5 and 20 Km from Rajahmundry is the hub of nurseries of myriad varieties of flowers and fruits. But in January 2003, the all India Nurserymen's Conference is organised at Kadiapulanka and it has become a mega event, with people in tens of thousands visiting the flower festival daily.

Maredumilli Eco Tourism
The Maredumilli Forests of East Godavari District are having rich biodiversity and the area is having semi evergreen forests with undulating terrain, which forms part of the Eastern Ghats.T he Maredumilli Community Conservation & Eco Tourism Area is situated on Maredumilli – Bhadrachalam road, nearly 4 Km. away from Maredumilli village. The area is having many streams flowing over the undulating rocks in the deep woods and any visitor feel thrilling experience in the Nature.


Rajahmundry:

The Temple of Lord Markandeya
This temple is on the Godavari bund. The actual place of this temple was a ruined Mosque near Chanda Satram (Satram - Choultry). After examining this old-ruined mosque the archeological experts confirmed it to be a Shiva temple. This temple was constructed by a rich person Mr. Gundu Sobhanadriswara Rao in the year 1818. The street in which he lived is named as Gundu vari Street. The main entrance of this temple was in this street. But now this gate is being used as secondary. The present Vysya Hostel was the residence of Mr.Gundu Sobhadriswara Rao.

Alcot Gardens
The gardens in which the meetings of Divya Jnan Samaj were conducted by their leader Mr. Alcot are named after him as Alcot Gardens.
